Online: From the Kula Enterprise website www.kulaenterprise.com, go to the "Order Now" link and Enter your credit card, billing and shipping information.
Case Quantity Orders: Pricing for cases are listed within the Shopping Cart and discounts applied when order is totaled.
Taxes, If shipments are made to California, please add sales tax of 8.75%
If Tax exempt, please supply certificate. (Required to eliminate tax charges prior to billing)
Shipping: In stock items shipped within 24 hours for delivery in 2-5 business days inside the U.S.
Delivery Charges apply to all shipments unless stated otherwise. In the US as $8 for the first item and $2 for each additional item. Express delivery available upon request at additional charge.
Resale: Contact Kula Customer Service Dept to establish Distributor status. Purchase orders must state that materials are purchased for resale and resale certificate must be provided.
Return Policy: Videos and DVD's are non-returnable. Defective items will be replaced after Customer Service Dept has been contacted and authorization with RMA # established. Call (949) 632-0409
